I've been trying to find a free hosting website that will let me edit and do everything through microsoft expressions but can't find one or figure it out.

Hey, I'm not sure of Expression's specific requirements, but Dropbox is my favorite tool for hosting all kinds of files. The "public" folder is de facto Web Hosting.
