I like to build a webpage to market and sell products with dropshipping wholesale supplier. I registered for my own domain. Do I need a web hosting to build a webpage? I tried hostgator, supergreen, and many others, and none of them work or that I couldn't login to cPanel. They won't work. I'm sorry to say I have no experience in building webpage. Anyone that can help me will be greatly appreciated.

first of all you need to know how to write html to design a web page. or you need to have softwares like dream weaver which help you design without writing codes. once you done developing your website, then you need to host it using some web hosting service provider. since you r looking for e commerce i would suggest you hire a professional.
